ABOUT THE SURVEYOR
Meet Zach Heath
Heath Land Surveying was founded in 2024 by Zachary Heath, a Kentucky professional licensed surveyor with an eye for detail and a straightforward approach to client service. Zach holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Western Kentucky University – a background that shapes how he approaches every survey: methodically, accurately, and with an engineer’s understanding of how today’s boundary lines affect tomorrow’s construction.
Based in Georgetown, Zach built his company on a simple idea: property owners deserve a surveyor who shows up when they say they will, explains things in plain language, and treats every project like it matters. When you call Heath Land Surveying, you’re not routed to a call center or handed off to a rotating crew – you’re talking directly with the person who signs your plat.
